      One issue with CHT can be that the internally-calculated solid timescale is too large and causes divergence. Switching to the pseudo-transient coupled solver will allow you to set a smaller time scale for the solid and will help to keep temperatures bounded. Another remedy that may work for highly convoluted CHT surfaces is to set an alternate formulation for wall temperatures.
