Can the parallel file formats HDF and pdat be used with the serial version of ANSYS Fluent?

      Starting with Fluent 18.2 the serial version is replaced by a parallel version that uses only one compute node. Therefore, you can use the parallel file formats also with the serial version of ANSYS Fluent. For previous versions you need to start Fluent with the option “-t1” to start the parallel version of Fluent with one compute node to get access to the parallel file formats. Note that HDF and pdat are not supported by ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS CFD-Post.
