ANSYS SpaceClaim: The translators are not working correctly – How do I reset the translator options?

First check if you have purchased the translators as part of your license package. If you have and need to reset the translator options, follow these steps: From the Windows Start Menu, search for “”regedit”” Follow these paths and delete both of the keys listed here: You can also go to the Windows Registry and remove the following key(s): HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > SpaceClaim > LicenseReset > Reset HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > SpaceClaim > Primary > LicenseType Restart SpaceClaim and see if the translator options are back.
