ANSYS SpaceClaim: Some users are receiving the following license expiration message when launching SpaceClaim: “Your license will expire in 33 days”. What is the issue and how to solve it?

The message the user is receiving seems to make sense. The license you’re mentioning is going to expire, and the message says it’s going to expire in about a month. NFR licenses that are located in the partner portal are good for one year. At the end of that year a new one needs to be sent to that end user. These licenses are different from the floating licenses that are being used.
