  3. ANSYS SpaceClaim: I have several components built into an assembly. When I insert them, they locate in the design window in various places in space. Can I relocate or orient the individual component, in its own file, so that it will insert into the assembly properly.

      The short answer is yes. If you open the component and reposition the solid body, when you insert the component in an assembly, it will come in with the same position relative to the world origin (0,0,0) in the assembly model. You can also use assembly conditions to move components into place by referencing existing component geometry.
