An initial coarse ICEM mesh will import into FLUENT just fine, but whenever I go back and refine the mesh in ICEM use the refinement feature under ‘Pre-mesh Params’, the mesh check fails in FLUENT. The actual error states… WARNING: 486 cell(s) on zone 12 have node(s) not connect to all faces (on 1000000)………… Done. WARNING: Mesh check failed. Is this something to worry about?
