      workaround: copy “C:Program FilesAnsysEMAnsysEM19.3Win64Uninstall” to “C:Program FilesAnsysEMUninstallANSYS Electromagnetics Suite 19.3 (64-bit)” and run: “C:Program FilesAnsysEMUninstallANSYS Electromagnetics Suite 19.3 (64-bit)setup.exe” /z suppressconfirmation /removeonly.
