In this quick tip video, we will see how you can out monitor on a construction geometry. Creating monitors on construction geometry within Ansys Discovery allows you to track specific quantitative results from your simulation. For instance, you can create monitors on planes, lines, and points to observe variables such as volumetric flow rate or velocity at specific locations. To set up a monitor, you would use the Monitors icon on the simulation tab and select ‘Custom’ to choose your variable and the construction geometry you wish to monitor. After selecting the appropriate options and confirming your choices, you will be able to see the results displayed in monitor charts.
