      ・現象： 　・SIwave で設定した Deactivate の設定が HFSS 3D Layout に渡らず、すべて Activate になる 　　※SIwave 2021R1 の不具合です。 ・回避策 　・2021R2 にアップデートする 　・変換後に個々の部品の設定を変更する 　　【操作】 　　　Components Window > 対象部品を右クリック > Disable 　・SIwave 出力した Component File (.cmp) ファイルを引き渡す 　　【操作】 　　　Project Manager > Circuit Elements を右クリック > Import Component File
