      いいえ、PIPE288/289では外部荷重からループ応力や半径応力は計算されません。 フープひずみや半径ひずみは生じますが（PRESOL, EPTO, comp）、応力は生じません。節点拘束はパイプ横断面には適用されません。 このため、横断面は自由に変形して断面応力を解放します。
