      回路解析上のコンポーネントとしてViaモデルをご期待頂いているかもしれないですが、 弊社の回路シミュレータではViaのコンポーネントは標準で用意しておりません。 Viaのみで解析を行う場合、Viaにどの程度の周波数を通すかにもよりますが 3次元形状に対して特性を抽出できるHFSSもしくはQ3D Extractorという 別ツールでその特性を計算可能です。（HFSSではViaの特性をS-parameterとして抽出、 Q3D ExtractorではViaの特性を集中定数として抽出します）
