Why might the number of divisions on a curved edge appear biased when no bias has been specified?

If the parameterization on the edge does not provide correct information, this could cause the spacing to appear biased. You can create a virtual cell and then apply the sizing on this edge. This facetizes the edge and removes the parameterization. The number of division spacing calculations will then be based on the facets.
