Merging blocks in ICEMCFD failed to work properly in ICEMCFD v18.2 and v19.0. The same process works in the early versions. Has there been a change to the process?

      The process is the same, but there is a defect in releases 18.2 and 19.0 that prevents any more than 2 blocks from being merged at once. This will be addressed at V 19.1.
