There is an error as follow: “Unexpected error in GuiOperationMetaData callback for Paste. The operator will be disabled for the remainder of this session: Requested Clipboard operation did not succeed.” I wanted to know if the results/solution is saved automatically somewhere on the computer and how I can retrieve them.

This error is happening because the user might have copied something to the clipboard within Mechanical, and now the Mechanical process has hung and Windows can’t query it. Even if you have copied something onto clipboard, the Mechanical should ignore it and proceed with saving the data. Developers have made changes appropriate for this case in R19.1. You can use following workaround for this issue. There should be .rst files saved in the Workbench project directory. You can make copy of it and save in another folder for future purpose. Now in Mechanical Click on ‘Solution’. Go to ‘Tools’ menu at the top. Select ‘Read result File’. Read the file.rst file from the Workbench directory. You should be able to post process these results.
