      Symptom: The spring elements are not shown/visible although present in the structure tree and not suppressed. Solution: Save and close the Workbench project. Go to the file manager,e.g. explorer and type %appdata%. This brings up the roaming folder. Go to the ansys folder and delete the version folder, e.g. v182. Restart your workstation and the Workbench.
