This document demonstrates how to perform a parametric study region dimension in Maxwell, in order to determine an appropriate region size. The solving domain region has to be large enough to obtain correct solution, but at the same time as small as possible to reduce simulation time and memory. The appropriate solving domain region size depends strongly on the application, and if there are magnetic materials present in the model or not. This material also contains two 2D magnetostatic examples, but the same applies to 3D designs and other solver types as well.
