In phase change simulations, there are a couple of options available to provide the saturation line data like piecewise-linear functions, piecewise-polynomials etc. One of them is using an UDF. The DEFINE_PROPERTY macro can be utilized to provide the saturation curve in simulations using cavitation models, evaporation-condensation models, species-mass-transfer models etc. Please see the attachments for an example.
