First set plot type to Material Status, make sure you see the failed material elements at the cycle that you want to view fragmentation. Then make sure the stochastic variable is properly defined at each element. You can plot the contour plot of STOCH for Structured IJK parts or STOCH.FACT for unstructured parts to show the stochastic variable created from Mott distribution. STOCH or STOCH.FACT is a random variable. Its value differs from element to element. The actual failure strain or stress will be the failure strain or stress specified in the material strength input multiplied by this stochastic variable. Finally, to view fragmentation, you need to set the plot type to Material Location or Material Status, click the arrow beside the button Material Location or Material Status to open the dialog window of the Material Plot Settings, then select Fragment Plot, click OK to accept the change and close the dialog window. In the Fragment Plot, only the material elements that are not failed or eroded are plotted.
