      No. The theory used for the error calculation (Zienkiewicz and Zhu, Theory Manual Reference 102) is only valid for linear results. In a nonlinear analysis, integration point results are moved to the nodes, not extrapolated, so the discretization error (difference between nodal value predicted by adjacent elements) cannot be calculated.
