Is there a keyboard shortcut for turning on dynamic rotation?

      Yes, hold down the control (Ctrl) key and use the mouse buttons. Panning: Ctrl + Left mouse button pans the model. Zooming: Ctrl + Middle mouse button + moving the mouse forward and backward zooms the model. Spinning: Ctrl + Middle mouse button + moving the mouse side to side spins the model (about screen Z). Rotating: Ctrl + Right mouse button rotates the model about screen X when moving the mouse forward and backward. Ctrl + Right mouse button rotates the model about screen Y when moving the mouse side to side.
