      Showing the gap in the solid model is just for visualization. The feature has no impact on your CAD model and FEA model. If it is get by Boolean subtract, the CAD feature can be got accurately. To get the topology overlap lines, please merge the solid to one part as below. Then you can see the feature in model interface. To improve the visualization, you can set the facet quality to 10 through Tools->Options->DesignModeler->Graphics->Facet quality. If not set, it doesn’t matter.
