      Y+ grid adaption gives segmentation violation if “per phase” or “dispersed” model is used under k-epsilion turbulence model. Even marking the grid is not possible with these models. Follow the process below to adapt the grid with Eulerian model, 1) Change to “mixture” turbulence model. 2) Adapt the grid. 3) Change to “dispersed” or “perphase” turbulence model.
