  想问一下，在设置圆偏振的时候要将phase和polarization angle都设为90，那angle phi是什么意思，需要将其设为90吗

  angle phi 90度相当于将光源偏振沿传播方向旋转90度，因此是必须的。

  正入射情况下，Phi和偏振角的功效是一样的，所以你设置两遍就成180度了。Theta是俯仰角，Phi是方位角，参见

  只要位相差正确，其它的可以通过查看偏振就知道了。如果不用Phi，而是用polarization angle, 就没有需要担忧的地方。
