修改临时文件夹的名字

  我想询问一下，软件上有没有什么地方可以修改它生成的临时文件夹的名字格式的。我目前的格式里不知道从哪里取得了我的中文名，导致软件无法正常运行！如果有人能回答我的问题，我会非常感谢

  工程文件和保存路径名称尽量使用英文避免中文及特殊字符。
  另外，尝试以下步骤清理下临时文件是否有帮助。
  1) Close out of all Workbench sessions.
  2) In Windows Explorer in the Address bar（文件管理器的地址栏） type: %appdata% and open the folder 'Ansys'.
  3) Locate the v150, v160, v170,…, v222 (whatever version corresponds to the version of Ansys you are having issues with).
  4) Rename the folder, for example, v150, v160, v170, …,v222 to v1#0_old.
  5) In Windows Explorer in the Address bar（文件管理器的地址栏） type: %temp%
  6) Rename the .ansys folder
  7) Start a new Workbench session.
