      I installed piezoelectric mems patch, my biggest problem is the results change when I change the mesh, I couldn't find a permanent solution. Do you know the problem with this?

      Could you share more details regarding the mesh density you have for the model as well as other setups? Is the structural DOF (displacement/stress) result consistent for different mesh?n
