Forum ModeratorPlease check to see if you have the environment variable ANSYSLI_ELASTIC set on your machine. If it is, please delete it.nPlease follow these steps.nRight-click on My Computer and select Properties.nGo to the Advanced system settings tab.nClick the Environment Variables button.
