  Please check to see if you have the environment variable ANSYSLI_ELASTIC set on your machine. If it is, please delete it.nPlease follow these steps.nRight-click on My Computer and select Properties.nGo to the Advanced system settings tab.nClick the Environment Variables button. The Environment Variables dialog opens.nLook for an entry ANSYSLI_ELASTIC with value of 1nSelect that environment variable and click Delete.nClick OK.nnThank you,nMattnn
