Where to download Ansys License Management Center Software

  I downloaded and installed the OPTIS software and received the ANSYS license as a text file from the sales vendor. However, the OPTIS software uses a OPTIS license management that is incompatible with the ANSYS License Management Center.
  
  Where would I download the ANSYS License Management Center R19 so that I can install and run the OPTIS software?

  You can download at https://support.ansys.com/AnsysCustomerPortal/en_us/Downloads/Current+Release under the Tools section, but you must install the 2020R1 version to run the SPEOS license.
