what’s the difference between ‘Add Material’ and ‘Add Frozen’ in Design Modeler?

  hello all
  I'm a freshman,an i have a very simple quesion!
  which option shloud i choose ， when i want to extrude a solid body. And i not clear the difference and functions with the two options.
  I'm working on Ansys 19.2

  Add Material unites the new feature onto an existing base solid.
  Add Frozen creates a new solid.
