What is the difference between the commands “chdir” and “sync-chdir” in Ansys Fluent?

  I've been searching on the internet a way of changing the working directory through the console in Ansys Fluent. I found two commands that may be used: chdir and sync-chdir . In what circumstances should one or another be used? And what is the difference between the two?
