what is ” .gst” file and .sum file?

  what is " .gst" file??
  I was working on explicit dynamics, the calculations were running ond 14 May at 1630 with 99.5% completion and job remaining time was shown as to be close to 1 to 2 hour. When I came back after one day I found the PC Shutdown. I am not able to recover the same. When I checked up the dp0 folder, I found one Autodyne file saved for 14 May at 1902 hrs and one ".gst" file which is 224 MB and ".sum" file of 4GB also saved at 1902 H on 14 May. Can I retrieve my lost file from this???
