what can i do about it ?

  hey guys, so ummm when i try to open the Fluent this error pops out and saying this:
  Cleanup script file is C:Userskuokccleanup-fluent-LAPTOP-QVDSILB5-35628.bat
  
  No error handler available
  
  Error: Cortex received a fatal signal (SEGMENTATION VIOLATION).
  Error Object: ()
  I have no idea what to do... I've tried to re-install the app from 2021r1 to 2022r2... Plz help!

  Hello:
  Does this happen when you launch the Fluent product? Do you also see this error when you launch Fluent through WorkBench?
  Or when you are reading a case file?

    Hello,
    I have the same issue while launching the Fluent through Workbench. But I can launch Fluent and open any case or mesh files without any problem.
    Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

  Finally, I managed to resolve this issue! I used a Lan-cable for the internet. I changed it to Wi-Fi, and it works without any issue!!

  I got the same question on edit mesh in Fluent, which cost me a lot of time waiting for the progress "Cleanup script file is F:\ANSYS\Simulation\5MPa\cleanup-fluent-DESKTOP-UK41KOI-13320.bat". And then, the mesh cannot open in Fluent correctly. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi Li,
    Just check your internet connection. If you are using a Lan connection, consider changing it to a Wi-fi connection.
    It seems not related, but it works for me :)
