Hello,
You must have unattached nodes somewhere in your model. These nodes do not do anything, they are just floatting in space unattached to anything, and this is why they are ignored by the solver. You can use LSPP to show the unreferenced nodes:
And delete the unreferenced nodes:

Deleting the unreferenced nodes should get rid of the warning messages.
