Dear Team, 

Can anyone guide me on this.

I am trying to make an animation through volume rendering in CFD Post (after simulating in Fluent & exporting all files directly into CFD post but every time in CFD post animation, it shows: 

" WARNING
An animation cannot play without at least 2 timesteps". 

When I check the time steps, only the last timestep is showing in the Case Time Selector 

 

and thenI checked in the directory, only last .cdat file is saved.

How can I get all .cdat files or how can I get animation in CFD post?

Hello, 

what is the format of the data files that you have?

To export .cdat during simulation, before your simulation, in Fluent go to File > Export > During Simulation > Solution Data... and specify the File Type as CDAT for CFD-Post & EnSight.
