I'm simulating multiphase flow and want to develop an equation that incorporates liquid viscosity, dissipation rate, air volume fraction, and bubble size. How do I discover these variables in Expression? Do I need to use UDF to define the equation?

You want to set the fluid properties, or something at the mixture level? Bear in mind the turbulent properties may be stored at phase or mixture level depending on the model and options chosen.
