Validation Check Error In 3D model

  I am trying to design an antenna in HFSS, I draw a shape using polyline and made a shape using type as rectangular, but while i am validating my design. It is showing error in 3D design. Could anyone help me to solve this problem?
  
  Here, i also saw that if go HFSS>>Design Setting>>Set material override>>clik on Skip Intersection Check>
  
  And now it does not show the error. Could you tell me how can do this by not skipping intesection check. Thank you
