SubscriberI am studying the effect of different conductivity profiles on a custom material and would like to perform parametric/optimisation studies using them in HFSS. I am able to define a variable with the units of conductance per metre (conductivity) but I can't reference it from the material properties menu.
Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to use design variables to define material properties? Is there another way to do this other than manually?
Thank you very much,
Ivan

SubscriberNevermind, just figured it out. The variables have to be defined as project variables not design variables!
