Updating ansys student licence

  I have previously been working with ansys 2019 R3 using a temporary licence which expired at the end of the year, i have replaced the student.lic file in this directory: C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS StudentShared FilesLicensing. However when I open any of my files none of the products show up and I get the following message when (for example) i try to open the mesh.

  Where did you get the licence file from? Does 2020R2 work? Have you rebooted the PC to make sure the licence manager has picked up the change? n
