      Hi everyone!
      I am trying to open mechanical but I received error message as below. What is the reason?

      Hi,

      Please try to clear the configuration by renaming the Ansys folder to Ansys.old, to do so type %appdata% in start menu> hit enter> rename the folder.

      Relaunch the application.
