Unexpected error when open Workbench from Ansys Student

  What release of Ansys Student is that?
  Was this release working on your computer before, or did you just install it?
  Did you follow the installation instructions? Unzip, and Run as Administrator?

    This is the latest version of Ansys for students, available for download on their website.
    
    This version has never worked on my PC. I downloaded it and it didn't work anymore.
    
    Yes, I have followed all the installation instructions, Unzip, and Run as Administrator
