Unexpected Error

  Hello!
  
  I would like to install the latest student version, but I always run into the same error when I run the workbench.

  I've read about similar problems on the forum, but unfortunately, I still can't get the application to start.

  The error text is:
  ,, Unexpected error: The following required addins could not be loaded: Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin. The software will exit."
