SubscriberI have installed ANSYS 20.2 Fluid package on my workstation. I am able to use Icepack directly from the start menu. However, when I open workbench, its missing from the component systems. I can see it in the toolbox customization. But cannot access it. I have the license as I am able to use it independently. Please let me know how I can access Icepak from Workbench.

Ansys EmployeeWas Workbench installed first or was everything installed from the Fluids package?
If Workbench was already installed, was Fluids Installed in the same location?
Does an install.err file exist under c:\program files\Ansys Inc
If so, please paste the contents of that file.

SubscriberActually, Both of them were installed at the same time with the fluids package.
Thanks to the Ozen support, the problem is solved. It seems, this is a common bug with 2020 R2 version and there is a service pack named Product Installation Update for Icepak under 2020 R2 service packs. Installing the package resolved the issue.
Thanks for the response.
