      Hi,

Please refer to these two forum discussions on this similar issue:

      1. Unable to get model error message (ansys.com)
      2. ERROR: Unable to view geometry. Unable to get model (ansys.com)

      Thanks,

      Deepak.

      Hello,

Unable to view geometry. Unable to get model.

We need a known, viable solution from ANSYS. Everything proposed does not work or is not practical (running as Admin for example). We have a highly configured workstation which should have zero resource issues. Issue occurs when remoting into this workstation or working directly.

User was able to open an archive, with the attached error, but graphics are not rendering as they should.
