Unable to use Workbench 2023 R2 of ANSYS 2023 Student

      I installed ANSYS 2023 Student. After opening Workbench, a warning interface will show up, causing me not be able to use the software at all (Mechanical, SpaceClaim, etc..). Not sure why, could someone help me out?

      Hi Holly,

      Did you install the application as admin? If no then please install it as admin.

      Can you check your event logs goto START--> event viewer--> expand windows logs--> select Application log. Do you see an error logged over there?

        Yes, there are a bunch of errors, mainly about license acquisition failure.

        I did run the installation as an admin though...
