Unable to use element birth and death for REINF 264 or 265 elements

      Hi,

      Is there any reason that the elements' birth and death function cannot be applied to REINF 264 or REINF265 elements?

      No, the APDL element documentation clearly lists it as a Special Feature.

        Hi Dave,

        I am glad you confirmed it should work, but the problem is that it doesn’t. I can share an example case with you through the ANSYS Customer portal to see the problem. I'm worried that this might be a bug.
