Unable to Save Animation in Video (Input file too small! error)

      Hello. I'm encountering an error while saving an animation.


      Writing Video...

      I get this error and the animation doesn't save. I have already tried the solutions I found elsewhere, such as loading the animation cxa and hsf files in Fluent with nothing else open, but I still get the same error.


      I found the solution. (https://innovationspace.ansys.com/forum/forums/topic/input-file-too-small-animation-error-in-fluent/) To resolve the error, try lowering the display resolution.

      In the link, user encountered the same error while using the 2023 version. Currently, I'm experiencing the same issue with the 2024 version. Please address this error in the next update.
