Unable to right-click after upgrading to 2019 R2

  Upgraded to 2019.2.0.04089 from 2018.2.0.08084 and am unable to right-click using Custom Navigation settings.
  - Spin: RMB
  - Pan: MMB
  - Zoom: Ctrl+MMB
  - Zoom-in drag direction: Downward
  - Zoom-in wheel direction: Upward
  Always (hold Ctrl to Query Select)

  To clarify you can right-click to select but I cannot get the context menu when right clicking.

  It is observed that whenever RMB is engaged in any of the customer navigation options, the right click on screen does not open the menu any longer. This is a known bug which has been fixed in next release, 2019R3.
  
  As a workaround, you may chose custom options such that right click does not participate and it may help you for the time being.
