unable to open the Ansys workbench 2019 R1

  when i trying to run Ansys workbench, i keeps give me this error . pls help me find the solution.

  Hmm, odd. This is the first time I see this issue.
  
  Did you do anything special with the font on your machine ?
  
  Did you install ANSYS with 'run as administrator' ?
  
  Is there any .err file under ANSYS installation directory ? (e.g., C:Program FilesANSYS Inc , C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student)

  no i didnt do anything special with the font on my machine.
  
  yes i installed ANSYS wth run as administrator.
  
  there are install.err under ANSYS installation directory.

  there were lots of errors.
  
  What is the name of installation package you used ?
  
  What is its folder file size after you unzipped ?
