SubscriberHi,
I'm dealing with a thermal transient simulation performed in batch mode via Matlab. After the simulation is completed and the results file was written, I tried to visualize the results by using the corresponding .cdb model and then the .rth file for the results. Unfortunately, once I opened the model in Workbench, I found a question mark near "Surface Load" inside the tree and I'm not able to show the results.
Do you have any advice for this problem? Am I missing something of the procedure to load the results: I'm thinking so because I followed the same procedure for a Steady Analysis and it worked.
Thanks a lot, kind regards.

It looks the data for Surface Load is missing that was applied using External Model.
