SubscriberHello everyone,I'm trying to simulate hypersonic flow around a wing with a cavity in its core structure. Unfortunately, when I try to prepare the geometry, the following error pops up (error in the screenshot). Even if I ignore this error & continue to Fluent mesh generation, it fails with Breakout detected error. When I suppressed those cavities, the geometry prep, mesh & simulation works fine giving correct results, however, the cavity is causing this issue & it's imperative that I consider it in my simulation for transient thermal analysis. I cannot even add it after CFD as ANSYS mechanical then fails to map the temperature from fluent CFD results. Please help me out with this issue

Ansys EmployeeHello Array,
Right click on geometry in structure tree and use check geometry. Make sure your geometry does not have any errors. Also you can try creating a enclosure manually and then use 'Combine' command for subtraction.Â
Regards,
Ishan.
