Unable to build the model entirely after parameterisation

Parameterized variables that were initially with a fixed value and now the same code doesn't work. 

- Initial Code with values

- Converted the variables to parameters and now the code stops working at the line shown in red in the picture below.

 

 

Any ideas why this problem exists and how to solve? Thank you.

Hello, 

I tried to reproduce the problem but it seems to work at my end. I don't see this error message.
This function is just trying to create co-incident constraint for the circle sketch drawn in line 188,189.
You can comment those lines and run the code it should create the geometry without co-incident constraint for circle.

I tried that but it just showed an error in the next constraint line for the next circle. Then I tried commenting out all the constraint lines for the circles and then it showed an error for extrude further down. So I don't understand the issue really.

What error do you see while extrduing the sketch?
